TopASO sells keyword installs for mobile apps through a Telegram bot. This page explains what data we handle on this website and in the bot, and why.

This website

• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and clicks on the links to our Telegram bot. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics cookies are set only after you allow them in the banner. We don't use advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and answer the banner again.
• Hosting. Firebase Hosting (Google) serves this site and keeps standard request logs.

The Telegram bot

When you use the bot, we store:

• your Telegram ID, name and language, which Telegram passes to every bot;
• your orders: app links, keywords, countries, daily schedules, prices and delivery statuses;
• your top-ups: amounts, transaction IDs and the transaction data published on the TRON network;
• messages you send to support.

For each order we create a Google Sheet in our Google Drive and share it with you by link.

We use this data only to run your orders, keep your balance and answer support requests. It is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) in the European Union. We don't sell it, and we share it only with the providers that run the service: Google Cloud and Telegram.

How long we keep it

Account, order and payment records are kept while you use the service and afterwards for as long as accounting requires. You can ask us to delete the rest at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support in the bot: open @organic_trafic_bot and send /support.
